PLEASE READ! CANCELLATION POLICY
This post is intended for both new and also longer term clients. Miss Barbette have updated our cancellation policy to help things run smoothly for us and also for you, our valued clients.
The new cancellation policy is as follows:
If you, as the client, cancel within 3 hours of the start time of your appointment, 50% of the value of that service will be added to your next booking.
If you no-show, the full value of the no show will be added on to your next booking.
The reason we have put this into place is to reduce the number of no-shows and late cancellations, as they are detrimental to our shop, as they would be to any appointment based business.
We wouldn’t have a shop to provide a service that we all know you appreciate if we were to let everyone off. As much as we would love to, a small independent business cannot function in this way.
As a result of this new policy, we advise to double check your appointment time at the time of booking and also on the day. On-line bookers will receive an email reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
We also ask you to check journey times before your appointment to avoid any missed appointments and to ensure the charge doesn’t apply to you.
